“Relentless” by director Kayden Kross offers four cinematic vignettes with hints of BDSM and kink. The storytelling is superb, highlighting the increasingly impressive thespian skills evident in the porn industry. Better, Kross doesn’t resort to the tired old voiceover to set up her scenes. Instead, we’re dropped in medias res, where cinema and dialogue reveal the plot. The film was nominated for “Best Group Sex Scene” at AVN this year along with two XBIZ nominations for “Best Vignette Release” and “Best Sex Scene,” and for good reason.
